It’s a written document you hold in your hand before a single nail goes in, and it’s valid for 365 days from the day we finish. You don’t need to prove anything beyond “this isn’t right.” You just need to call. We schedule a return visit and show up in the window we give you – the same commitment that applied to your original project. We Fix It

The crew assesses the issue and corrects it. There’s no charge for the return visit and no charge for the repair if the failure falls inside your 365-day guarantee period. We work with quality materials from brands like James Hardie and established prefab manufacturers including Abodu, Cover, Dvele, Mighty Buildings, Boxabl, and Plant Prefab – so the fix uses the same caliber of materials as the original build.

You Sign Off

We don’t consider the job closed until you walk through the work and agree it’s right. If it still isn’t, we haven’t left yet. Your sign-off is the finish line, not ours.
